Bose Stereo Auxiliary Option Disappeared

Hello. We recently changed the camshaft position censors on my 2006 Infiniti G35X and since this repair, my stereo no longer has the Auxiliary option. This is especially frustrating when trying to play music through an mp3 player. How do I get the auxiliary option back?
Thanks!

Depends on the aux adapter you have, since there is no factory aux in a 2006 G35X.

I think the option may have said "Sat 1" and "Sat 2". When pressing the "radio" button, these options were available for Satellite Radio. I was using them for auxiliary. I do believe the Sat option was factory. Thanks!
