Bone stock G35, got everything but sirius radio. :(

stereo codes?

Hi, I am looking to buy a used radio on ebay for my 2005 G35 Sedan and the add says some stereo's have a security code that a dealer will have to input before radio is usable.

Is this true on the G35 stereo?
It's the Bose unit with a 6 disc changer.
If anyone knows please let me know so I can go ahead with the purchase...

There's no security on the factory radios.

For a 2005 sedan, you can use 2005, 2006 sedan, or 2005, 2006 or 2007 coupe, but they must be the Bose headunit.
