After all these years my Bose head unit crapped out. I bought an Alpine ILX-W650 and all the associated retrofit stuff to make it work. My question is, can I use the OEM Sirius tuner with the Alpine head? If so, new connecting cable? Adapters? What would I need? 03 G35 Coupe Bose.

Nope. You'll need a new SiriusXM tuner, though they're not that expensive...typically about $60-70. It comes with connecting cable, antenna, etc.
