Kenwood double din?? DDX7015

Does anyone have the kenwood ddx7015 double din dvd player? I have been trying to find one that I want and this seems like a pretty good player. The biggest reason is that it won't cover my AC controls. My concern is that it won't have the best screen quality. Thats where I need you guys to help me out. Any comments are welcome.

DDX-7015 screen is good. It only looks bad when you compare to other units like Eclipse or Pioneer.

Also if you want to go with Kenwood, I would wait til the DDX-7017 comes out.

Shouldn't be to long now...and Im sure it will have a screen comparable to newer units that are being released.

What do you mean that it won't cover your A/C controls? If you purchase a Double Din kit, get the new A/C Controls. I have at DDX7015 but have not installed it yet. The screen quality will never be as good as DLP or Plasma on a home TV, but they are pretty good. I have a KTV-915 in my Pathfinder which is basically the same screen, and quality is great. The only problem is direct sunlight, but it doesn’t happen that often.

Incorrect, The KVT-915 is BADASS!!! Thats Kenwoods top of the line unit. They use a lower quality screen in the DDX-7015.

I think he meant fold out screen VS. double din screen when talking about A/C controls
