I just had the same CD ERROR FO problem. I called the Infiniti dealer here in Huntsville, Alabama; who told me that it was a common problem. They remove the system, send it to Bose for repair, and reinstall it for a flat rate of $350.

We charge $140.00 (labor only) to remove and re-install the head-unit in our service department.
However, I'm sure that most of the people on this site have the ability to R&R the head-unit on their own and save themselves the $140.00.
