Custom input button?
I am in the process on building/installing a car PC system and thought it would be neat if I could replace the "SAT" button with one that says "PC". I would want it to look stock. Any recommendations on where I should look for doing something like that? Thanks all.

Get a silver label, cut out a circle and stick it on! If you output from the PC to the HU using AAI-NIS then you'll be all set.
I actually use the carPC as THE HU. The Bose HU feeds into the carPC as one of the inputs. (I use external Extigy so even if PC off, Bose HU still works).

Thanks for the reply. That's not exactly the look I was going for. I think a button with a silver label on it will look quite a bit different when put next to the other 3 buttons that are stock. Seems like a label would look a little cheap too. Maybe my idea of a label is different from yours.
Take the button off....on the inside use some sort of rubbing alcohol or thinner/water mix (not to abrasive) the with a Q-tip rub off the silver stuff. Then you either finey print the letters off your computer (small font) then cut them out and glue them to the button in a backwards fashion (like a mirror) then spray paint it silver, let dry and peel off the letters. (try to replicate the same font and font size used for "SAT"...)
