Need bracket, add Bose?

I have the standard non-bose system, I know everyone says it suxz but I want to know if I can hook up the bose amp to give me a little more juice?
Or does the amp only power the bose 6x9 I dont have? Are all g35 even wired for the bose?
Reason for this question is I need the bose amp bracket to install aftermarket item and I found a amp with bracket for $40 but I really only need the bracket and wanted to know if I could actually use the amp.

BTW: If anyone has the bracket for sale pls let me know.

so let me understand......you need just the stock amp bracket but not the Bose stock amp??? Why would you just need the amp bracket? You can mount any amp to the trunk's floor with a couple screws and not need any bracket.

Moreso, why would you want to add an amp to juice up the stock speakers?? The stock speakers are the main problem why the stock sound system sucks. If you add more power to them, you'll just get *louder* crap sound quality. Simply adding an amp will not make things better, trust me. You need to swap out the stock speakers as a first step.

I dont want to drill hole in the floor that is why I want the bracket. I want the bracket for a Phatbox and I will change the speaker at some point but the car is a month old, I thought I should leave stock there for a little while.

I thought all 05's came standard with the Premium Package this year (leather, Bose and Sun Roof) but could be wrong.

Nope, they have 05 non-premium models....

The bigger question is why in the hell are you trying to add the Bose system to your car???

You should change your wheels to hubcap spinners while your at it....

This is an odd request but why can't you find another method of installing your aftermarket amp? The stock bracket is pretty small and I doubt many amps will fit in it besides the Bose. You should also check to see if there's pre-existing wires in the trunk or you'll have to run your own.

I guess no one reads follow-up threads and I already have spinner hubs on my wheels

Its not for an amp, its for a Phatbox, I thought I could use the bose bracket for a clean install

Ohhhhh..to mount the phatbox....that makes sense. Well, you wouldn't have to drill holes in the floor, you could use the holes that were used for the amp bracket screws.....

how big is the phatbox? Does it need ventilation because there is none down there. You should be able to find someone here that is using their Bose amp attached to the bracket as a doorstop, paperweight or bookend.......mine is somewhere buried in the trash dump someplace next to the poopy diapers....

The phatbox is not that big, about the size of the amp. I dont think it needs much ventilation, yeah its a hard drive but I cant see this things getting too hot.
I am looking for someone that has the bracket they dont need/want, let me know.

Yep... I have one.

No Blose... No reclining rear seats...just 6 speeds, 4 doors, and a hole in the roof.
