Parts for 2005 Double Din Conversion

Been on since I got my G and found this site to be a great resource. I am really interested in upgrading my stock HU. Never done anything like that before, but I'm hoping that I'll be able to fuddle throught it with the DIY guide. Just looking for some confirmation on the parts that I will need to do the conversion for a 2005 coupe. This is what I've come up with based on all the previous posts:

Dash 68260-7W000
AC controller 27500-AC500
Steering wheel controller PAC SWI-X(or specific for whatever HU I purchase)
Scosche NN03 wiring harness
Nissan Antenna Adaptor

Do not need:
Bracket
Dash Pockets if I'm placing a Double Din HU.

Appreciate if there are any added parts or not needed parts.

Thanks

Dave.

BlackOnBlackG35 did a nice writeup on this. I did the same install, DD kit with the Pioneer AVIC-D1. Here is a link to my thread...

https://g35driver.com/forums/audio-video-electronics/59716-my-double-din-pioneer-avic-d1-conversion-pics.html

You need:

DD Kit - Consists of AC Controller and Brushed Aluminum Dash Trim

You can get the kit from Yosi at J's Garage. It is imported from Japan.

After that, yes you need the NN03 wiring harness, and the Nissan 2 prong antenna adapter.

The PAC SWI-PS will work for your steering wheel controls if you use a Pioneer or Sony with wired remote input. It's what I have (installing that tomorrow).

You don't need a bracket. There is one on the stereo itself. Other than that, take your time and enjoy. It's a fun project.

again, just make sure you get the 2005 parts and not the 03-04 parts!

Here's the E-mail address: yosi@j-garage.com

I just ordered the DD kit from him, it was really easy and he said I should have the parts in 10 days.
