I have a question. If we used dvd cds that have 2 gigs of space, will out cars be able to read it? Right now, I have 150 songs in my cd, but I was wondering is that the car's limit? or the cds limit? So if we use a dvd cd it should work, right? Has anyone tried this?

 

no... dvd <-> cd = different technology. your dash won't pick it up. that would be like playing dvd movies in my cd-rom.

read your q. again.. i'm assuming your talking about dvd+/-r right? they're 4.7gb not 2.

 

there is no reason that they couldn't design the drives to read dvd-r's and with mp3's burnid onto them, but almost no one does.
