hey all, i have been debating for some time now on doing the install myself but have decided it would be best to have the pros do it. i have alreaddy built and installed the speaker box with a set of 2 Rockford Fosgate Power HX2 10 inch, a bass **** in ash tray for one of my amps as well as replaced all stock speakers with JL audio's but the rest which includes a Hifonics Brutus amp, Alpine F240 amp and a Kole 2.5 F cap I would like proffesionally done. my question is, which place do you guys recommend in the coral springs fort lauderdale area for the install as well as how much they would charge for basicaly 2 amps and a capacitor. I just dont have the time to do it myself but hate the fact that someone else will be messing with my car. it just seems like everytime one takes in their car it comes back with some type of scratch or problem. so i dont mind paying a little extra for PROFFESIONAL WORK DONE RIGHT. i would also like the amps and capacitor instaled under the trunk rug in an epoxy type clear box so that i can lift the rug up and see it all there. anyway. someone have any infor for me? thanks RX

ok guys hers a few pics of the custom box that i made as well as the amps and cap that i want instaled. again i want the amps and cap installed to fit under the carpet in some type of clear epoxy type box so that they can be kept "stealthly" yet revealable if desired. anyone have any ideas etc etc?

I highly recommend using the guides on this site and doing it yourself if you can spare the time... I couldn't find any shops in my area I was willing to trust or that were not going to charge an arm and a leg.

I will suggest Audio Logic....its out in Davie/Hollywood Area. Take University south and make a left on Davie Rd. Ext. If you passed Sheridan then you went too far. They are pros and know exactly what to...and I believe them to be better than Sound Blazers.

Unfortunately, all the guys I know who are capable of doing what you are talking about without charging an arm and a leg are up here in Gainesville. PM me, I might actually know a guy in Hollywood, FL who might be able to do your setup for you.

Yes, SoundBlazers Ask for Sam, he also drives a G, they do good work and they will take good care of your car. They are on Wiles Rd, fairly west, forget the exact location.

Yea he told me it would be $500 with no plexiglass, just the rack under the mat. too much!
