I would like it to be over 100w @ 4ohms and mid to high quality. It will be pushing a pair of either Diamond Audio 600 or Focal 165s. More power the better. Anyone have a used 2ch? Let me help you upgrade! Sell me your used high quality amp and you can get that new Audison you've been eyeing!

HTN or AVJunkie. How do the two Diamond Audios mentioned compare to each other? Specs look pretty similar. I'm assuming the D7152 is an older model from what I can find out about it. Appreciate your input.

 

Not really sure. The D5 is last years model. That's why you can find it cheaper now. I just found it on Ebay and thought that I'd pass along a good deal. I'm sure that you'd be happy with either amp.

The D5 is the lower line of Diamond Audio, which retails around $529. D7 is the top of the line which retails around 1200 $. They are both last years model,,,

 

I was hoping you'd chime in earlier. I got the fever, had a PayPal balance and purchased. The only thing I could find was a press release from like 2001 so I assumed (wrongly) it was an even older model. Either should drive the speaks nicely and less than $200 shipped was in line with the budget allocated. That's a great price for your amp. Had I known you would have had a sale.

Any line driver advice?
