Hey, i was just wondering if you have heard good things about Exonic and DLS. Im not very familiar with audio, but my friend, (who owns an audio shop) cant stop raving about them, and he suggests that i put in exonic amps and subs, and dls components. Anybody hear good things bout them?

 

I just had installed DLS Iridium 6.2 components and DLS 226 coaxials in my car. I tried to listen to many types of speakers before I went with the DLS. I auditioned: MB Quart, Focal, Diamond HEX, JL's, Infiniti, Boston and for the money I thought that the DLS was the best at producing the sound that I was looking for. They are very clean and detailed.

Also, DLS won the 04-05 European Speaker of the Year (Iridium 6.2 I believe). Of course, it all depends on the kind of music you like to listen to and your own ear. Try to listen to as many different brands as you can.

 

Know nothing about Exonic, but DLS speakers win competitions all over the world. I own a store where we carry Dynaudio, a/d/s/, and DLS, and have been offered Diamond and Quart and Morel, and DLS is our most popular speaker line.

DLS amps are pretty good too.
