finally took some pics of my system...its all JL...comp's in the front , 6x9 's in back and 8w7 in the trunk off of a 500/5 amp.

 

Looks great! I recommend re-routing that radar power wire behind the dash. It looks rather ugly dangling like that to the windshield =P

 

how do you feel the bass hits with the 8" ? (most people do 10") i have been thinking about dropping down to a pair of 8's from the 10's i have now to save space

that 8w7 hits HARD!...i've had numerous people comment that they can't believe that much bass is from an 8inch...i usually don't even have the bass turned up either...the ported box they designed may help w/ the bass response too. I used to have two 12 inch subs in my old camaro and this 8 inch hits harder...about the radar detector...you are right i really need to work on making it more esthetic. Speaking of radar detectors, I just upgraded to the passport 8500 x50 blue and gave the red 8500 to my wife. I would recommend this radar detector to everyone..haven't had a ticket in 5 years...

about the amp...it is the 500/5 amp...runs my whole system...

 

It took me 10 min to hardwire my passport; lots of DIY out there on it. Otherwise nice setup!!!
