Question Question about stock Bose subs in '05 coupe

Hello all,

I am fairly new to not only this board but G35 ownership (just bought it two weeks ago). I was dismayed to discover that the stock Bose system was lacking in the low end department. To rectify this I have ordered a 4080 box and I am planning on putting a JL Audio 10W3-V2 powered by a Kenwood KAC-728S. I have also ordered a PAC OEM-2 LOC to connect to the stock amp for providing inputs to the sub amp.

My question is, does anyone know what frequency range the Bose amp sends to the stock 6x9 subs? I am trying to decide what lines I should tap into for the LOC. I was orginally planning on just tapping into the rear left and right channels and letting the amp do the crossover but the amp I have has a fixed crossover at 80 hz. I was hoping the stock subs would receive a little higher frequencies. Also, are the stock subs faded with the other speakers (i.e. when faded right does only the right 6x9 play)?

TIA for the help.

Jason
