How do I remove the clock in an '05???

I'm finally getting around to installing my PAC AAI-NIS. I've got everything taken apart but can't remove the clock to get to the top screw(s) that are holding the aluminum bracket that holds the HVAC and radio. The instructions that I have are from G35Ipod and are for an earlier year. The aluminum bracket will not come out as it is now so there's got to be a screw at the top holding it. Do I need to remove the clock to get to the screw? HELP!!!

Thanks, yea, I finally figured out that I needed to remove that bottom piece. It came out pretty easily with a panel removal tool.

I've got the PAC AAI-NIS working for my iPod but now my CD player won't work. I can't eject the CDs or anything!

Try going to CD mode first. If your in SAT mode and trying to eject and have a PAC unit, then the PAC unit may be messing with your head unit...it may be normal, but I've never asked anyone.

I had to get a new HU from Infiniti to replace mine. Thankfully it was under warranty. Just make sure to remove all of your CDs before removing the HU and you'll be fine.
