I got bore so I went to AL & Ed stereo for a estimate of how much it will cause to tap in to G's OEM Monitor for watching DVD and aux sound. The quote I got was mind blowning at a wopping $2000.00 to just tap into the OEM Monitor to make it accessible for DVD player, Backup Camera and Line in for sound. I was so blown away that I don't know how to react and just kind of walk out of the store as some old couple got in and ask for SAT installation.

 

My reaction would just be laugh in his face. You could buy an enitre system and get it installed for $2K.

Plus the screen and Navi would be better and the install looks much cleaner in my opinion because the screen is always visible.

 

Which Al & Eds, they are bunch of morons.

 

i went to one and I asked how much they charge to install a system.. they replied w/ "we cant touch your system because you have the bose system." Is that normal?
