Diamond Audio makes great components, but how are their SUBS?

Any word on how these perform and how their sound quality is?

Any specific comments on their 12' speakers(such as the D612D4)??

Do a google search of reviews/testimonials on different distributor/store websites. Thats how I always know the general consensus of any item I will be spending money on. That is of course, no one replies on here.

for diamond speaker they are good. espcially their amps. but for door speakers either get tthe d9 line. i can get that for 750 for you. if not then get the morel eliates (sp) series. which are equivlaent on the same level of diamond. both made at the same place but just slightly differnt.

if you want something bad *** get dyna audio ( i think thats how u spell it ) down fall is you have to build an enclosure in your door to use the speakers at its full potential

Personally I would take the Morel Elates over the D9s. Although a bit more laid back.

Who told you Dyns needed an enclosure, theyre actually intended to be used IB.

Even after reading the responses to this thread I still have no clue as to where the consensus is on DA sub's sound quality...

Anyone else?

Ok, so are you saying that the specific 12in sub I mentioned in my original post is a 10/10 in the price-range? 7/10?
