2005 G35 console removal

Hello,
Does anybody have instructions on how to remove the center console in the 2005G35 6MT? I am trying to install the PAC audio converter. I really apologize if this is a repost. I could not find any thread in the search function pertaining to this topic. Thanks!

Unfortunately there is no DIY for an '05 but it's actually very easy. Start by opening the console lid, prying out the plastic piece by the hinges and removing the front screw on each side. Push the console back toward the rear to get it out of the way. No need to remove it. Remove a screw from each side for the side trim pieces and then remove them.

At this point you can follow the instructions on the G35Ipod site for removing the HU. The only thing that's different is the clock. There's a screw right under the clock that holds the top of the aluminum bracket. Remove the trim piece above the clock and then the one below it to get to the screw. Those pieces both pop out but can be a pain to remove. Good luck!
