1500W 10" Sub any good?

I found this 10" Critical Mass low profile sub that has a 900 watt RMS and 1500w max power handling on www.criticalmassaudio.com and was wondering if anyone has one or knows of the quality of the sub. Want to use up the least amount of space in the trunk of my new coupe as possible. It looks like I could replace the JL sub in the JL stealthbox with this much more powerful sub. It is very expensive though so I would hate to waste that much money if it blows the first day using a 500w Rockford Fosgate amp.

I wouldn't power a 300w sub on a cockford fosgate, let alone a 900/1500 one.

I love my Fosgate amps and have used them for many years. They really hit hard and love the fact that they hide the wires. It was one of the main reasons for buying my amps. Hate being able to see any wires.
