"CD ERROR FO" Message... NEED HELP PLEASE... Dead CD Player?

Hi all,

Need a little help please. My wife's G35 sedan has the above message flash when you try to play the CD changer (Bose in-dash).

I have tried searching this site as well as Googling such, and this is the extent of content I could find: http://forum.ecoustics.com/bbs/messages/4/173616.html.

Any thoughts, suggestions, help, or advice? It is out of warranty, and I am not too thrilled about the thought of paying $400 for a diagnosis.

Thank you!

You did a search...really? I don't think you tried hard enough. I merely typed in "cd FO error" and got theses threads...goodluck.

Yup. Your link gave me "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms." But thanks?

from my understanding the server will hold that query to the ID number for a period of time before releasing it from its memory. no point in storing 100,000 queries in memory.
