you can specify exactly which type of car and ipod you have and it will give you a few choices. i picked the adjustable padded holder and the corresponding car clip.

NIce to see another proclip user for the G. I've got one for my Cellphone, but its on the opposite side of the console, (you can choose which one you want, or buy both if you want to mount more than one item). Expensive, but its the best fitting unit out there. Held out for a while, wish I had gotten mine earlier now! (the phone holders are a perfect fit, each one is custom made to fit your exact unit, for example)

 

i think its great, is the reach easy to change from song to song where it is in your car, no reaching?
