Aftermarket nav that fits in the nav cubby?
Aftermarket nav that fits in the nav cubby?
Hi all,
I'm looking at getting an aftermarket nav for my 05 G35x, and some of the ones I got my eye on are the Garmin 2610, the Garmin C330, and the TomTom 300. Featurewise, they all seem ok with some relative pros and cons, but what I'm really interested in is which device will fit best in the g35's little cubby where the stock navi goes. I've heard conflicting reports on which of those three will fit there and allow one to use it on the road.
Any user experiences, or with any other nav system?
Thanks

Digital Wheelz is offering an aftermarket lcd screen that fits in the cubby. You'd have to hook up a carputer or something tho. There should be a sponser link right above, if not just search the thread for info
Before I bought my sedan, I test fit my Garmin 2720 to see how it fit in the cubby. I knew there was no way it would rest on the dash. Well, I bought the car. The Garmin fits great. Even gets a good signal. It's like they made the 2720 to fit there. By the way, I know the 2720 shares the same dimensions as a few of their other units. Might be the same as the 2610?
