I looking for complete specs on the Bose system myself. Have already placed a post on this board that remains unanswered. Time will tell. Of all the posts I've read on this subject, though, there are no RCA inputs. I still cannot believe in this day and age of external third party devices, that the system chosen for the G does not at least have a stereo input from an external source. I think it's possible one could be added without going the RF modulator route. Just curious, has any system Bose created for a vehicle included an input from an external source? It's possible the leads are there inside the unit, just not completed to the outside world.

I was looking for any technical data on the Bose 200-watt system. This includes all speaker/sub sizes and locations, ohm ratings, amps (and their locations if other than in the head unit), wiring diagrams for speakers and power, etc. I'm wanting to upgrade some components and wanted to make sure I have all the specs before I do. Thanks for any input.

 

I have a call into Infiniti about getting the system specs and other technical data for the Bose system. If they cannot provide this, I will go to Bose and ask them. Should hear back by next Monday.

 

any word from Infiniti or Bose about the system?
I'd like to upgrade the subwoofer...so I'd also need to add a power amp and crossover, but only if the system has a line level output...

 

I did get a voice mail from Infiniti that they are still checking into the matter of system specs for the Bose 200-watt system. I'll post here if I get anything from them.
