jl 300/4 yellow light goes on, help! possible short?
my stereo has never gave me problems, all of a sudden one day i was listening to my stereo and i turned the volume up really fast, and then my front components started to sound very distorted... i never had this problem before... i didnt turn my volume up all the way, i usually listen to it at 25 out of 35, i turned it up from 15 to 23 real fast and then my music sounded real distorted, so i got home check my amp, and on my jl 300/4, the yellow light goes on, i checked the manual and it says that LED means theirs a short...
but the weird thing is, this happened to both left and right sides of my component speakers, and i tried taking out all the speaker inputs and rca's, and still the yellow lighgt goes on, does anyone know what the problem is, please help...
i have boston acoustic pro 6.5 comps up front... with no rear fill, im running them bi-amped...my tweeters into the front channel and my 6.5s into the rear channel of my 300/4...

i tried taking my door panels apart to see if all my speaker connections were fine, they seem to be ok, the yellow light on the amp means "LOW OHM" can anyone here tell me exactly what that is suppose to mean, its a pain in the ***, i never had this problem, however my other amp which is a jl 500/1 connected to my sub plays fine when im listening to my music, only my front components sound so low and very distorted, im not sure why all of a sudden it did this...
