I am going to get a 4080 box and am wondering which Jl Audio 10W3v2 is the one to get

10w3v2 d4, dual 4-ohm. You can also get the 10w6v2 d4, it can handle more watts.

 

I plan to run the JL 250/1 . I do not plan to upgrade the stock speakers and amp so I figured the W6 would be overkill

 

That is a great combo, JL 250/1 with 10w3v2 d4.

 

If you are running a 250/1 then you can run a 10W3V2 D2 or 10W3V2 D4. If you run the D2 then make sure that you wire the voice coils in series for a 4 ohm load. If you run the D4 then make sure that you wire the voice coils in parallel for a 2 ohm load. Either will be fine since the 250/1 can run at 1.5-4 ohms.
