Ask to speak with the General Manager and explain to him your issues. Be cool with him and don't go into the store kicking and screaming. He will make sure you are satisfied when you leave. Drop me a line and let me know the outcome.

It's really up to the installer/location. If they do it you will probally pay a diagnostic fee per unit.
I found this little shop on Davie Road ext. right off of university.... Looks like a cheap place but i heard alot of dolphins players got their systems installed there. I went there just to see whats up n they only carry the high end stuff. (JL Audio, Focal, Boston Acoustics)

Question for you...Are you running a second battery or some sort of capacitor/alternator upgrade? How is the dimming (if any at all)? I know that 1000/1 draws alot of current.
