Is there a quick way to disconnect 6x9's?

I've got a sub in the trunk now, and my bass sounds awful. The sub is either too boomy, or non-existant. Obviously I need to tweak the crossover some, but having the 6x9's (on stock amp) still going is making that difficult. Is there an easy way to unplug just those 2 6x9's? I saw the instructions for removing the speakers from the top and that is more effort than I have time for at the moment. Is this something I can do by going through the trunk? The trunk panels didn't look all that fun to remove, but maybe I was just in a lazy mood when I looked.

The stereo system is totally stock except for the JL amp/sub, if that matters.

The trunk panel is easily removed. Use a flashlight and locate the black clips that hold the top panel in place. The top panel also has a couple of pieces of tape. Just pull it down exposing the bottom of the 6x9's. Find the speaker connectors and unplug. I attached a couple of pictures for your reference (disregard the white speaker enclosure on the right side).

Or you can clip the appropriate wires leaving the Bose amp (assuming you have the Bose system?)
