Not that difficult, just time consuming, if you are trying to be careful. About 2-3 hours.
Hardest parts are;
1. Removing the trim piece by the clock.
2. Removing and swapping the plugs on the back of the radio.
Everything else is just removing screws and pulling off parts.
Remember to tape all your dash off with blue painter's tape before you start or things will get scratched.

If you got a SAT button your set! plugs right into the sat plug and the factory plug plugs right in so you get to keep all your steering wheel controls. i got mine from crutchfield.com
