Alpine vs Bose

Alpine vs Bose
I have been telling myself that the Bose system in the G sounds pretty good, but, today I fired up my truck for the first time in three months with an Alpine head unit and Rockford Fosgate speakers, stuck in the new David Gilmore CD and it sounded awesome!
No point to this thread other than to say I will be ripping out the Bose someday.
(Also any Pink Floyd fans out there, the David Gilmore CD is as close to Floyd as it gets.)

I literally did the SAME thing over the weekend! I've been driving my G back and forth to work and haven't needed to drive my truck. Yesterday my wife has me go pick something up for her and it hits me! My Alpine HU with Diamond Audio components powered by a McIntosh amp just sounds sooooo sweet! The BOSE will be ripped out shortly.....
