I just got done reading the double din conversion for the 04 5at by (docron1 a.k.a. joepaniolo) and it is amazing. I am considering doing this conversion to my 05 5at and i was wondering how different the process is for the 05. Has anyone written a FAQ DIY with pictures of this or is it essentially the same? Also I have done alot of computer parts work but I am new to car audio/video components, how difficult would it be to attach all the wires to new double din navigation (say the eclipse or pioneer) keeping the stock bose amp and speakers? One last question, would installing a hookup for an IPOD as well while the dash is apart to make up for the lost 6 disc changer be very difficult? thanks alot
