I just finished my fiberglass box for my solobaric. The question is should I cover it in blac suede or paint it. Here's a pic of the box

I say paint it.

 

Suede will look more classy; If it was a z, I would say paint it. Either way it will look sick.

 

don't forget... if you're planning on painting it it's gonna be ALOT more labor in terms of sanding, smoothing, bondo, and repeat over and over again.

box looks good man, is this your first time working with fiberglass?

 

i also say suede it. But like has alraedy been said you are not anywhere near ready for either at this point. Suede like vinyl, only more so will show imperfections in the finish almost as bad as paint. You have a great start, now just make sure you take the time to finish it properly.

 

Yeah Steve this is my first attemp on fiberglassing. I'm gonna get some prices on the body work because I know that's very hard to do.
