Ya then mines defective and that really pisses me off cuz I really wanted this but I am definately NOT taking my car apart again.

 

one more thing, i have heard something about it not being compatible with radios that have SAT....i think theres a thread in here that mentions something about that

 

I think the compatability issue you speak of is for the PAC-AAI-NIS2

have you tryed playing with the dip switches?? that helped me out

 

Is the IPOD on? Maybe it won't switch till it's powered up??? *Chances are* that nothing is wrong with that solid state device. It might be something simple - were there no instructions?

I have played with the dip switches. I really dont think its something little considering I spent 5-6 playing with it and talking to technicians. My car will remain in the garage until friday night when my new unit arrives.
