Please help!!! Car torn apart and PA11-nis is not working!!!! Anyone...please!!

Ok, I tore apart my car to the point where I am praying that nothing will break and everything will go back okay. I plugged the pa11-nis in and it made some noises (the HU) for about 30 seconds and stopped. But nothing is different at all, the HU shows nothing new like 'CD chngr' or whatever it is supposed to. I think I plugged everything in right (assuming everything will only fit one way). IS there supposed to be a non-used plug? There us a small plug that I had to unplug originally and now its not plugged in at all. Someone please help...I am getting really nervous.

I have the PAC Audio AAI-NIS. I found that the clips on that are not as secure as OEM connectors. In putting the radio back or just moving it around, it might have slightly disengaged - make sure each clip is back in place.

Ok, now I am panicing and Im really pissed off. This was a HUGE fvckin mistake!! I unplugged all the wire and reconnected them again to the only places that fit. I may just be a stupid retard but this isnt working. It made the 30 seconds of sounds again after I reconnected everything, BUT still no sign off the unit AND the POS HU doesnt display ANYTHING. The screen is just blank and doesnt show anything. Did I break something?? Someone please help ASAP. The more I try to fix it, the more damage I cause! PLEASE!!!!

ok the clips that plug into the back of the head unit, did they all snap into place? if not, pull them all out again and slowly go through 1 by 1 and ensure they've all clicked in. you shouldn't have any unused plugs.

OK...sorry for the million of posts...but the reason the HU wasnt working was because the headlight were automatically on and it was messed up. So now I am where I was 2 hours ago with the HU working and the fvcking pa11-nis not. There is still one plug hanging but I cant find anywhere to put it. Please help!

Are you even getting power? Do the lights light up? Is it just the HU? Do the HVAC controls work? I remember when I had to put everything out and install the cable for my phatbox to the back of the HU, the first time powering it on it wouldn't recognize it. I just pushed on the connectors again and it was fine.

I just got off the phone with you..

The only other thing that I can suggest it to unplug all of the connectors and reseat all of them to ensure its a good connection.

We know the other part is working since your ipod is charging and displayed NISSAN...
