possible to add 8 inch subs on rear dash with....

Im redoing my whole rear system myslef cause the shop who did it did a real ****yy job and actually wired the LOC's improperly as well as a couple other things. but anyway,

is it possible to add 8 inch subs on the rear deck with minimal clearance since I built my 10 inch subs box almost flush with the linning under the 6x9's. so bassically need to know if anyone know which GOOD BASS RESPONSE will have a small enough magnet to fit 8 inch shelf flush. or if not are there some real good 6x9's worth it with great base response to fit instead? thanks for the help. RX

I don't think an 8" will be audible with the 10" sub. I would look for a good pair of 6x9 mids.

The 8's will have to be very, very thin. My ID8's wouldn't come close to fitting, due to the slope of the rear glass.

Why do you want two 8's if you already have two 10's installed?
