Pretty much every TV tuner I've seen installed in a car sucks. Even the installers I've been to told me not even to bother installing one. I know it will never be perfect, but can anyone recommend a good one?

Depends how crazy you want to get but there is some new stuff coming out soon that should really put car tuners to work.... crutchfield is offering a directv setup starting 9/17/03... no matter what you will be having issues with tuning in a car while moving.... check it out though:
