10w6 vs. (2)10w3

I just would like to know what would give out more bass, A 10w6v2 or two 10w3's. I be pushing either of these set-ups with my jl 500/1 and one of the Zenclosure type boxes.

G35 coupe.

I'll take a swipe at this.

Double the surface area= + 3dB
Double the power= +3 dB

If both the box and power are going to be identical for either setup, the only variable will be the surface area.
