Sub amp trouble

I added an amplifier for a new sub that I installed by simply removing the old flat speaker and preamp. I used my own power wire for the new amp from the battery and I used the blue wire for remote on. Everything seemed OK when I tested before finalizing the connections, but after install, the output seems to be dead. Is there a fuze for this somewhere or did I fry the circuit? If I use the rear right channel for input to the sub amp, everything is OK (with a slight buzz at low volume).

Anyone? (You know, the white and black wire coming out of the Bose amp.) All you guys who have put in "monster" subs - what channel are you hooking them up to when you don't replace the factory amp?
