Upgrading the Big 3

Any1 here upgrade their "Big 3"?

I am looking for some guidance on how to do this, or if it is something better left to the pros when it comes to our cars.

It would be so nice if we had a good G35 Specific write up or DIY on how to upgrade the Big 3.

If you don't know what the big 3 are here is a little info from cardomain:

So for those of you looking for a cheap and easy way to upgrade your system and help out your electrical system without adding a high output alternator or an aftermarket battery, this is the modification for you. If you have heavy dimming or are getting large voltage drops during loud bass hits, but you don't have the money to spend on a high output alternator or a battery, upgrading your vehicle's "Big 3" will usually help to reduce and sometimes even eliminate the problems. So without further ado, the "Big 3" wires are:

1) Battery negative to chassis
2) Alternator to battery positive
3) Chassis to engine
So basically for people even more n00bish on this subject than me, upgrading the Big 3 involves replacing the 3 grounds above with bigger wire to reduce resistance. I guess 0 gauge would be best.

Please any advice from people who have real life experience with this either doing it themselves or having it done at a shop.

What do I have to remove to get these wires run and access the alternator & etc.

Thanks!

No one answered in my previous thread.

I am currently upgrading my grounding as well as my alternator to battery post wire. Actually, I just finished the alternator wire yesterday. That one was a pain to find and install. I am creating my own grounding kit with some exclusive wires that I feel are important and overlooked in other kits. I have been studying the shop manual/electrical layouts. I was thinking about making a few kits up and seeing if anyone was interested. These would be more intended for people with stereo upgrades.
