Road America- pics/vid
Fall. The changing of the leaves, the chill in the air, the smell of…..race gas?
Road America was once again taken over by the MFBA for its bi-annual track event. There were 6 G35’s there: two 5at coupes, one 5at sedan, one 5at “X” sedan, one 6mt coupe and one 6mt sedan to round out the model lineup.
The cars ran great, there were very few “incidents” and everyone had fun. (Except a WRX driver- see pics) What more could you want?

I had a great time. In fact, this was my first event with fellow G owners.
I learned a valuable lesson at Road America. I will always bring Wayne to future events. Everybody should have a Wayne. Wayne is the human swiss army knife. I have never seen one person with the ability to load survival gear for an entire village into a Trailblazer and sedan before. I must say that he cooks damn well too.
How much do I owe for groceries? Propane?
I tracked at Gingerman this weekend (only one day due to weather). It just was not the same. I hope to see you guys soon. And where the hell is all of the other G owners?

My best on video was a 3:03.....also my personal best.
Riffster in his Beastie Coupe runs consistent low 2:50's. Tein EDFC'd, lowered, and corner-weighted by Team Noble Tuning, his car did 1.18 g's (sustained) in the carousel last April...amazing. We didn't get a chance to see what he was pulling w/ r-compound rubber. He might have cracked 2:40's
6mt4me managed an amazing 2:49.
