hey guys! whats the best stuff you can use to fill in the gaps? i recently got a grill from ebay and i wanna do this DIY on the weekend.
Also i wanna use the filler to fill in the hole on a 350z engine cover

^ there's a guy in AZ who contacted me about doing a carbon-fiber emblem-less grill. he quickly realized that the market just isn't deep enough to justify the fixed costs involved.

ya i know, he just wanted to use my grill as a mold and not lay it but i didnt think is was worth my time to ship it to him just to make a mold of my grill and me get nothing out of it....but i did happen to try dipi plastic i think its called it dries as a rubber and i then proceeded to put a clear coat on the grill it actually turned out pretty nice, ill post some pictures sometime but i kinda like it....

ya i know, i pm'ed a couple of members on here but the cost to do it was crazy....i have 1 other person i could ask but i havent talked to him in a while and need to contact him...

Please do... im the one that told those CF guys to Pm you guys and a few others because i wanted a CF emlemless grille

But i guess hes right why make something if noone is going to buy it

hahaha if u build it they will come....sure theres a market, people just wouldnt be willing to pay 350-400 for a grill like this....well maybe a select few but still it would be sweet if it could be done for a little amount of money....but unlikely
