Passenger Window Problem

I just bought a new window motor for my passenger side and installed, and i also tried switching the door switch. it is not working so if you guys can give me any ideas on what the problem could be.

did you check the fuse?

yes that was the first thing i did. is the fuse your talking about under the battery

Im about to switch my drivers side.. what brand did you get? A refurb or a new one?

i bought the oem factory window motor

Was the window at least working a little bit when you swapped it out.? Should be just plug and play. I just changed mine and it worked like a champ. Perhaps you got a bad unit (if you already checked the fuses ect..) check the plug - could have a missing PIN.. I dont know - just throwing some suggestions at ya
