yeah it be nice to get a video of this. I'd like to see how you bleed the brakes when you do this.

Calcul8 (Nathan) and I are installing these right now... he forgot that we needed to record and did his side before I was ready... I'll be doing mine soon though, so I'll makes sure to video that. As for bleeding, I'm just going to use my power bleeder.

After searching, I couldnt find a good DIY for this. Anybody have any input on how to do it?

I'm also unsure of exactly how to do this. Are you supposed to completely bleed out the brake system before switching the lines or do you not have to?

Do not empty the all the brake fluid before completion. Its going to cause more problems. Install the lines, THEN bleed the fluid.

do you have to plug the steel brake line then? or does it have a leak preventing mechanism?

I've replaced lines several times and I've never plugged them to prevent fluid leakage. I usually just let all the fluid drain out and then I would just power flush with fresh fluid.
