New front springs from.

Finding 350Z revised springs is turning into a bigger hassle than I expected (maybe because I live in Illinois - ). So I thought that maybe I could get an off the shelf spring from Eibach. Any idea on this?

I look there everyday. Currently there is a guy selling the springs, shocks and sways for $200. $100 and I'd do it. I just had a seller decide to keep the springs because he thinks they are not the revised model. A previous guy also returned my money because he found someone local. Maybe my electronic money isn't good enough. Either way, I can't seem to get the revised springs.

Eibach doesn't make anything that will meet your needs. Not directly at least. Nothing would stop you from buying one of those Tom Motorsport sleave coilover setups on ebay for $99 and buying a pair of Eibach ERS springs for the front ($100 pair) same length in say 325lbs, 350lbs, or 375lbs in rate and just keep things oem in the rear. Their is one technicality that may or may not stop you. You have to modify your front D-specs (you do have D-specs, right?). You have to grind down the metal collar that exists at the top of the shock so that the coilover sleave will slip over the top of it.

H-tech's for the G are progressive, and for the Z they do spec out to 358lbs in the front. But in actual use for whatever reason, they do not feel like 358lbs.

why do people want the revised 350z stock springs in the front for a G? To help with the feathering issue or just top drop the front a little?

I simply want a tad lower car. The rear is perfect with the 05 coupe springs. The front did not lower at all. Yes I have Dspecs, but putting together a kit myself is not appealling. I guess I'll keep searching for the 350Z springs.

For some oem 350Z springs are their best option, not because they are inexpensive to buy, but because they offer a nice mild 1" drop on LINEAR springs. I do list what aftermarket springs are linear in the sticky at the top of this section of the board.

How about Tein H for 350z

I may be off track a little but how about Tein H Techs for 350z ? If I am reading the sticky right it would give just over an inch drop and the right spring rates. I am thinking of these on my 2003 sedan is there any drawback ?
