What camber kit do you use? Recommendations plz

since this is a topic about camber kits, anyone kno where i can get cusco front arms for a good price. all i can find is $389.
im ordering SPC rear camber and toe bolt also. havent heard anything bad and the price is a steal.

hey ATL, richboy and everyone else - yes, what makes SPC kits so great is that they are of exceptional quality at an affordable price. We have the same expectation of this front kit. SPC is a very well established suspension tuning company that knows their chit, and has a great reputation in the racing world and supports grassroots racing across the USA.
Both kits will be adjustable for camber and toe only. Caster adjustment will not be available with this kit. The only way to really adjust caster is a set of adjustable front upper strut mounts.
Something like this:

Camber is the angle at which your wheel either leans in at the top (negative camber) or leans out at the top (positive camber). This is measured vertically - 12:00 to 6:00 on the wheel. Negative camber is more desirable in performance or racing applications as it permits a quicker turn-in under hard cornering. That is adjusted with the camber arms in the kit.
Toe is the angle at which your wheel either points inward (postive toe) or outward (negative toe). This is measured horizontally across the wheel - at 3:00 to 9:00 on the wheel. That is adjusted with the toe bolts in the kit. A slight amount of negative toe up front is more desirable under performance or racing applications as it encourages a quicker turn-in under hard cornering. Some say a slight amount of toe out on the rear tires is also desirable for that same reason, but I prefer zero on the rears. When I say slight, the measurements are done in 1/8ths of an inch. Too much toe out in the front will make your car darty and twitchy on high speed straights.
Caster is only applicable to the front wheels, and is measured vertically along the plane of the center of the wheel hub up to the center of the top of the strut. And it is the angle at which this plane either leans back toward the firewall or leans more forward toward the front bumper. All of these caster settings in a car are leaning back toward the firewall, so it's just a matter of how much lean. In performance or racing applications, more of a lean back toward the firewall is desirable as it encourages a quicker turn-in under hard cornering.
Setting any of these to the more extreme is a recipe for increased tire wear and more radical handling under all conditions. It's a fine line when tuning your suspension settings like this, and if you're going to go this route - what I mean is if you're going to set camber and toe beyond factory settings to increase performance, get it done by a reputable shop that knows your car and knows what they are doing. Don't take it to Sears or Pep Boys please!
As of yesterday, SPC is still forecasting their front kit to be ready early September. I told them to make a lot of them and set a pile aside for us so I can have them ready to go for you all! I'll do my best to keep you all informed. We do have the rear kits available and on sale if you're interested in them now, and get the front kits when they're ready.

Good price. About avaerage. I have just done some heavy research on these and found most offer the rear kit for around 220-230. I have noticed that many people on this board use this kit so it must work fine. For the front I have heard Cusco as being a great A arm solution. True?

Hey Dave. How easy is the install/adjustments of the rear camber arms? Can this be a DYI or would it be best to take it to a shop and pay through the nose?
