Can you use ceramic pads with cross-drilled rotors?

I recently bought Hawk HPS pads and the brake dust is crazy,(even tried with standard rotors). Dealer (Stillen) said I must have got a bad set.... no refund of course.
Anyway, I'm thinking of going to ceramic. Thanks.

yup. I'm using ceramic pads (raybestos quiet stop) and slotted and drilled rotors. No problems, I've had them on for about 5k miles now and the dusting is so much less then the stock, it's almost non-existant. I can drive for a month and there is almost nothing only the normal road dust on the wheels. It's so much easier to clean. I highly recommend them if you hate the brake dust.
