Re: Soft Brakes!!!!

I would day it has to do with the brakes not fully breaking in.

The Brembo setup is much more powerful than the 5AT brakes. Give it time or bleed the brakes if the pedal feels mushy.

Re: Soft Brakes!!!!

nope that's the brembos. they dont get more responsive. I got into my dad's AT and i thought i was gonna fly through the winshield and I was just pulling it into the garage. I like my 6MT braking better, a lot smoother. Don't have to worry about babying it at low speeds. But the brembos are awesome when you hit them hard. So much better than the AT especally on the highway.

Re: Soft Brakes!!!!

I have driven both. I have a 6MT Coupe, so I have the Brembos. IMO the stock, non-Brembo, brakes are far too sensitive. The Brembos have a great feel, great resistance to fade, and when you need to stop quickly, it's like right now. A wonderful set of brakes. Except for the DUST.
