G35 coupe brakes might be the one of the most powerful, but they are ridiculous

What does that "repair" include? You could do it yourself. But while I do think that quote is high, if you want performance parts, you gotta pay performance prices for maintance

 

You didn't even mentioned what is involved with that price. Is it for resurfacing the rotors? Is this for the Brembo's?

that what you get when you buy car in the premium or near luxury category... it gives the manufacturers the 'right' to charge extra... heck you cant do anything abt it... its a monopoly... we all gotta suck it up and pay.

 

do it yourself and it wont cost as much. If you dont know how, ask and learn... the high price comes with the luxury of having a g35, if you cant afford the repairs dont buy the car.

I just replaced all 4 Rotors w/ Brembo Slotted Rotors and all the brake pads... total cost = $700 somethin and I spent like 45 minutes doing it... learn to do it yourself its easy

 

I bought my parts and went to my local shop and had them installed (Hawk Pads and slotted rotors.) Cost me $800 total for parts and labor.

 

Kinda makes it seem like you're the joke
