Are your brake pads almost running out? I'd check that out. Most brake pads will have a wear sensor on it so that when the pad gets to minimum levels, the little metal tab will scrape against your rotor and give an audible screeching to warn you to change your pads before it's too late and you screw up your rotors.

Not factory pads................

Other than factory pads most after market pads have
a process for breaking them in. If you didn't install
them go back to where you paid to have the work
done.....let them know the squeeking is driving you
nuts!

What kind of pads were they? There are specific compounds that do not work well with the rotors on these cars as they build too much heat too quickly and will not disperse that heat properly, and begin to immediately harden and crystallize.

Were they kevlar based? Full metallic? Hi performance? Pep Boys specials? Part number and manufacturer?

I have started to hear a squeak when I am braking under 20mph as well. I looked at the pads and there is about 3mm left and the "brake" light has not come on yet. Should it be squeaking? I have 25k miles right now on stock brembo pads.

The "brake" light will only come on if your fluid level in the master cylinder reservoir gets too low. And 2mm is the min level for your brake pad so your pad wear sensor is probably hitting your rotor now telling you it's time to change the pads.
