Would I be able to put the Tokico DSpec Shock Absorbers on without hurting or affecting the Rear Active Steer.

I think you should be ok with whatever suspension set up you decide to do. Ive never heard of the RAS being a problem when changing out springs/ shocks.

So does that mean I can put full adjustable coilovers as well? Thank you for your help thus far.

I have H&R Coilovers and sways with RAS and no issues
