Volk Racing GT-S with Toyo T1-R

I have a set of Volk Racing GT-S 19x9.5 +17 and 19x10.5 +18 .. and I just purchased a set of Toyo T1-R 255/35/19 and 285/35/19..

Anyone know if I'll need to shave or roll my fenders? If so, what are my options and what's the best way to deal with this.. and how much does rolling/shaving fenders cost?

Thanks,
Jeff

those are sick offsets

im pretty sure you will need to shave your fenders

i was told i would need to shave my fenders with +23 and 285 tires

go to where you got the wheels from. they should do it free. if they are not local, then expect to pay 40 bucks per corner

I gotta do all 4?! ..or just 2? I didn't get the wheels and tires from a shop. I got both straight from Toyo and Mackin'...

you just need to shave the rear fenders. The fronts are good to go, no need to do anything to the front fenders.

it really depends if you're gonna drop the car...

Oh yea, I forgot to mention.. I'm dropped on Tein S-techs. How much difference does that make?

Either cut or roll . . . You'll need it. If you have your rear fenders cut, be sure the raw edges are sealed properly to avoid oxidation.

With that offset, from my research I'd say you will need at least a roll. Your drop will play a part in that too though.

don't roll the fenders. it will make them weak, and if anyone heavy leans on fender is will make it buckle in... get them shaved but not too much.

Its a matter of opinion. Will it make them weak, possibly. BUT if you have them shaved then you are opening up the seam allowing moisture to penerate between the panels and run the rust possibility.
